Remote machine monitoring

Sycada enables real-time monitoring and remote control of unmanned machines and equipment, from car wash tunnels to ticketing machines.
We have experience with various industrial (e.g. OPC) and CAN protocols, allowing us to generate alarms based on OEM fault codes and to log and forward diagnostic and other operational data to the central server. In most cases, a two-way connection to the machine allows for remote control and for system updates.
We use a variety of m2m telemetric devices with a multitude of machine interface possibilities including, serial interfaces, Ethernet, and CANbus as well as a multiple of digital and analogue I/O’s.
Most devices have extensive data logging and computing power, allowing for programming and intelligence at the level of the installed equipment.
Each m2m case is specific, yet the benefits are to a large extent universal:
