This on-board terminal has a 7 '’ touch-screen colour display that is fully visible in bright daylight. It features all the m!Truck application functionality of Sycada along with navigation from Map & Guide.

The unit can be either fix-mounted in the truck or you can use a flexible cradle, so that the terminal can be used outside the truck as well (e.g. to collect a digital signature of your client). The terminal is standard equipped with RFID reader, GPS, GSM/GPRS modem, WLAN, Bluetooth and various interfaces. A unique fingerprint reader allows for error-free driver identification and attendance tracking. The terminal comes in a robust, ruggedized (IP54) casing.

This terminal consists of two components: A DIN slot unit and a touch-screen display. The unit features the Sycada m!Truck application but also supports the acquisition of vehicle data as well as navigation and telephony. Radio and MP3 are also compatible. The standard version comes with interfaces to the CAN bus, RS232, RS485 various digital connections as well as GPS and GSM/GPRS connectivity. There are no problems in docking a reversing camera or scanner to the system.

The m!Truck Pro terminal is in all aspects a high-end device that integrates black-box, radio/music player, telephone, and on-board computer into a single solution.

In case you want a portable solution for your vehicles, Sycada offers you the combination of a fixed-mounted black-box and a portable PDA device for your driver. When the PDA is placed in the vehicle cradle it will exchange relevant data with the back-end server pertaining to messages and job order status.

This solution provides you with the best of two worlds: a vehicle-based system to track positions and for logging trip data, and a mobile device for your drivers to use on client locations, including scanning and signature capture.
Sycada’s application can run on any Windows CE 5.0 or Windows Mobile device to your liking, but we can recommend the super-rugged (IP64) M3 device from Mobile Compia, that comes with a high-quality vehicle cradle.
