The m!Truck application allows you to access all the data recorded by your drivers and vehicles. The reporting possibilities are rich and flexible. It is also possible, however, to export batch data to other systems (e.g. for salary purposes) or to exchange specific data with TMS/planning systems in real-time.
This allows you to inform your customers effectively and pro-actively of the status of deliveries while your organisation can respond promptly to changes or problems.
Sycada has developed standardized interfacing modules that allow for fast integration with your existing systems using various file transfer protocols or web services.
Working interfaces already exist with different systems, including Metrix (service management), TMS Ortec (planning & dispatching), AG&P Efis (planning & dispatching), ADAC (traffic information), and a number of other TMS, ERP and planning systems.
